AAA Looking for New Team Leaders!

Sto Gran Tour is looking for new Team Leaders to join our team!

Our Team Leaders are carefully selected people—young men and women with experience in different fields—who choose to dedicate their lives to travel.

Being a Team Leader means being a responsible point of reference, able to coordinate a trip both logistically and technically, even without the support of a local tour operator. It’s not just about managing schedules and accompanying a group, as in classic organized trips: a Sto Gran Tour Team Leader is a practical, quick-thinking traveler who wants to turn group leadership into an opportunity for both group and personal growth, while staying attentive to the needs of their travel companions.

Minimum requirements:

• Have traveled around the world and be able to connect with different cultures;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• People skills (if you’ve got a terrible attitude, this probably isn’t for you...);
• Ability to adapt to any situation;
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, demonstrable;
• A valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years;
• Age between 25 and 35;

It’s a PLUS:

• Tour escort or hiking/nature guide certification;
• Ability to take photos and videos;
• Confidence using social media;
• A university degree—in any field (because interesting people are always interesting);
• Organizational/project management skills;

Who we’re looking for:

• Freelance professionals with a VAT number, including those with an established career in another field;
• People available to travel at different times of the year, with a specific focus on the summer season and holiday periods;
• People who fall in love with our project and, for that reason, want to become part of the Sto Gran Tour family;

Who we are NOT looking for:

• Anyone who thinks that “leading groups = getting the occasional free vacation”;
• Anyone whose reaction is, “What’s a GoPro? Some kind of exotic fruit?”
• And in this call too, we’re leaving bald people at home. Just so we can discriminate against someone.

Selection process:

3. We will hold 1 introductory interview by call, and then meet during a 2-day training session in November/December 2024;
